How do Sellpy Credits work?
Sellpy Credits is a payment method that can be used for shopping on the Sellpy website.
One (1) Sellpy Credit corresponds to one (1) EUR in the shopping cart on sellpy.com. Your available Sellpy Credits are shown on your Sellpy profile här.
How do I pay with Sellpy Credits?
If you have Sellpy Credits available on your profile, select this as your payment method when you complete your purchase. You can pay for a purchase entirely with Sellpy Credits, or split the payment by combining it with another payment method.
How do I get Sellpy Credits?
You can get Sellpy Credits in two different ways:
buy a gift card which is exchanged for Sellpy Credits or
sell with Sellpy and exchange your share of the sale for Sellpy Credits
How long are Sellpy Credits valid?
Sellpy Credits have a fixed validity of one-three (1-3) years, depending on your region. Sellpy Credits cannot be converted back to money.
How do I get a refund if I paid with Sellpy Credits?
A refund for a purchase is always made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid entirely with Sellpy Credits, you will be refunded entirely in Sellpy Credits.
If you paid partially with Sellpy Credits, you will first be refunded to your chosen payment method and any remaining amount will be refunded in Sellpy Credits.
How do gift cards work?
You can buy a gift card from Sellpy here on the website. Choose your gift card amount and pay for the gift card in the shopping cart. Gift card amounts you can choose between are: €10, €25, €50, €75, €100.
The gift card will be sent to you as a PDF file via email once you have paid. Use the gift card by exchanging it for Sellpy Credits, which are registered on your profile. Gift cards are valid for two (2) years.
