On the Sellpy account, you manage both your sales and orders. Read a quick guide of how to navigate the Sellpy account.

A Sellpy account is not required, but very beneficial to have. We save all information regarding your sales and orders on your Sellpy account. The account is easily created and managed by logging in using your email Sellpy’s website. You can access all saved personal information and delete the account at any time.

How do I create a Sellpy account?

The Sellpy account is created on your local Sellpy website and you sign up using your email. Your account is personal and you have access both to your sales and order on the same account. Get quick access to your local sign up page below:

Why can't I log in?

If you are having problems logging into your Sellpy account, begin by checking if you have used lowercase and uppercase letters when entering the password and double check that you have entered the correct email address.

If that doesn't work click on "Forgot my password" so that you get an email to reset your password. If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer support team, we will be happy to help you!

Is it required to have a Sellpy account?

For you as a Buyer:

As a buyer, you do not need a Sellpy account the first time you place an order. The purchase is registered to your email. If you wish to register a return or complaint, you need to activate your account either by clicking on “My orders” in your order confirmation email or clicking on “Forgot my password” on the login page.

The second time you place an order, we will ask you to confirm the email address and at the same time create an account.

What can I use my Sellpy account for as a buyer?

By having a Sellpy account, you can for example:

  • Save items as Favorites in your own personal list

  • Monitor a specific search

  • Get tailored recommendations compiled once a week

For you as a Seller:

As a seller, you need to have a Sellpy account in order to manage your sales. Sign up via the login link on your local Sellpy webpage.

You are able to place an order for Sellpy bags only using your email and without creating an account. The account needs to be activated afterwards in order for you to log in. Activate the Sellpy account by going with the login page and input the same email address as you used for your bag order.

What can I use my Sellpy account for as a seller?

As a Sellpy, you can use your Sellpy account to for example:

  • Change prices and descriptions in your ads

  • Order new bags and pick-ups

  • Withdraw you share of the sales

How do I change my contact information?

If you need to change the address, telephone number, email address or other information associated with your Sellpy account, you can do so under Account settings in the menu.

You can also choose to receive ongoing promotions and offers via email by checking the box next to it.

What data does Sellpy collect and how can I access it?

We use Cookies to improve the experience and services we offer on Sellpy. You can read our Cookies Policy here and about the types of cookies we use. In our data policy, you can see what type of information we collect and for what purpose.

Under Account Settings, you can access the collected data by clicking Request My Data.

How do I delete my account?

To terminate your account with us, go to Account Settings and click on I no longer want to be a customer of Sellpy. Remember that if you delete your Sellpy account, all data will be lost and will not be recoverable. The account will be deleted within 30 days of you sending the request.
