All items up for sale have undergone a thorough review to ensure their quality, authenticity and condition. The overall condition of the goods is assessed based on the following five categories.
Please note that if the item has additional specific defects, these are mentioned in the ad description and visible in the pictures.
New condition
An item in new condition has no signs of use and still has original packaging or price tag. If defects occur, they have not been obtained during use.
Examples of defects that may occur in new condition:
Chipped original packaging
Minor stains (e.g. makeup stain) from trying it on
Minor factory defects on goods in sample sales
Very good condition
An item in very good condition has little or no signs of use. Unused items without original packaging or price tag are also sold in this condition. The product may have very small defects from use.
Examples of defects that may occur in very good condition:
Single loose threads
Small scratches on accessories
Minor surface wear
Good condition
An item in good condition has signs of use but has been well taken care of. The product may have minor defects from use.
Examples of defects that may occur in good condition:
Slightly pilling textile
Small stains
Minor discoloration at sleeve / leg ends
Acceptable condition
An item in an acceptable condition has been used extensively and defects occur. The product is still functional for its original purpose but is perceived as used.
Examples of defects that may occur in acceptable condition:
Washed out
Wear at the sleeve-/leg ends
Prominent stains
Consistently pilling textile
Poor condition
A product in poor condition has extensive defects. Items in this condition are only sold if the purchase price is high.
Examples of defects that may occur in acceptable condition:
Broken shoe sole
Significant holes
Consistently dirty product
