How will my order be delivered?
While making an order on Sellpy’s website you will receive an estimated delivery time before accepting and paying your order. This estimated delivery date will also be stated in the order confirmation you get by email after you paid your order.
The delivery time is calculated based on your delivery address and our agreement with the shipping companies.The delivery time depends on the freight company you choose.

How do I change my delivery address?
If you have bought from Sellpy before, we have your address saved and you can update it in the shopping cart before completing the purchase. After the purchase is completed, you will see the selected delivery address in your order confirmation.
Can the delivery address be changed after I completed the order?
If you need to update your delivery address after you have completed the purchase, you need to contact our customer service before the order has been shipped from Sellpy's warehouse for help. Reach out to our support team in the chat and provide your order number and correct delivery address for quickest help.
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has left the warehouse.
Can the delivery address be changed if my order is sent to the wrong address?
It’s not possible to change the delivery address after the order is sent from Sellpy’s warehouse.
What happens if I can't receive my package?
If your order is delivered to a postal office, you'll receive a notification of where to collect the parcel. Depending on your shipping option, you will receive reminders via email, text message or letters about the availability for collection.
The order will remains at the postal office for 7 days, extended time must be arranged with the shipping company directly. If the parcel is unclaimed, it will be returned to Sellpy.
