In order for us to take good care of your items, you have the option to add the green bag for textiles you want to donate - and the red bag intended for flammable items. The green and red bag are sent to you together with your blue Sellpy bag. You should also pack the green and red bag inside of the blue Sellpy bag when sending it back to us.

The green bag is a smaller bag which contains approximately 6 liters. The green bag is meant to be used for textiles that you want to immediately donate and not sell.

When ordering a Sellpy bag, you can choose to add the green bag for free. If you select to include the green bag, you will receive as many green bags as the number of blue Sellpy bags you’ve ordered.

The green bag should be sealed and placed inside the blue Sellpy bag. You should only place one green bag per blue Sellpy bag. The content of the green bag is not registered, opened or photographed by us, it’s donated or recycled directly.

The red bag is a smaller bag which contains approximately 6 liters. The red bag is meant to be used to pack flammable items that you wish to sell.

When you order a blue Sellpy bag, you can also add a red bag intended for flammable items. If you select to include the red bag, you will receive as many red bags as the number of blue Sellpy bags you’ve ordered.

The red bag should be sealed and placed inside the blue Sellpy bag. You should only place one red bag per blue Sellpy bag. Place the red bag inside the blue Sellpy bag when you have finished packing. Attach the dangerous goods label on the outside of the blue bag (the label is included in your bag order).

When your bag arrives at our warehouse, we’ll be able to identify the dangerous goods label. We’ll open the blue bag in order to remove the red bag with flammable items. The items packed in the red bag will be processed and registered right away since the items will be stored separately. The other items in your blue Sellpy bag will be stored and registered approximately at the estimated processing time communicated on the website.
