You can only pay for Sellpy First by card - Sellpy Credits cannot be used to pay off your Sellpy First fee. The fee for Sellpy First is paid every 30 days and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it. You will be charged the day before your subscription is renewed. If you sign up on January 6, for example, you will be charged on the 5th of each month. If your billing date falls on a non-monthly day (eg the 31st), you will be charged on the last day of that month instead. If your invoicing date falls on a red day or holiday, you will be charged the following weekday.

When you subscribe to Sellpy First, you get free shipping on an unlimited number of orders. If you need faster shipping than the standard, you can upgrade for a smaller fee and choose another freight company. Note. Any return fee is not covered by this benefit. Sellpy First subscribers automatically get access to newly arrived items already 24 hours before they are publicly posted. Use your saved searches to get notifications before everyone else. The benefit applies to Sellpy's entire range with the exception of Influencer Pop-up Shops.

As a Sellpy First subscriber, you can order one Sellpy bag for free every month. You can order more bags in conjunction with the one you get for free, but it cannot be saved for the next month.

The benefit is automatically applied to the first posted item of the month regardless of which of your posted Circle items sells first. If your posted Circle item is not sold, the benefit cannot be applied to another item.

You can cancel your subscription at any time under 'account settings' on your Sellpy profile.

When you have completed the cancellation, you will receive an email as a confirmation of this. You can of course use your Sellpy First subscription up to the dates on which it would be renewed.

If you have not received any confirmation email regarding the cancellation of your Sellpy First subscription, look in the spam folder.

When you subscribe to Sellpy First, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you cancel your subscription, we will refund the subscription fee. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. If you have already taken advantage of one or more of the benefits included in Sellpy First, we will make the refund with a deduction corresponding to the price that you have saved on shipping fees, Sellpy bags or the amount you have earned as extra income from your Circle sales. If the deduction exceeds 9,99 EUR, we will create an invoice for the excess amount.
