The security of your data is our highest priority. 🔐

As a customer, your data will be treated with utmost care, stored in highly secure data centers and protected by strong safeguards. Selma's infrastructure is compatible with multiple compliance programs (ISO 27001, PCI Level 1, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, FISMA).

  1. Selma does not store your money directly. Instead your money is stored at a licensed Swiss bank, Saxo Bank (Schweiz) AG. Selma uses the secure interfaces made available by Saxo to manage your money.

  2. Selma employs high level physical security (ISO 27001, FISMA). Critical facilities have extensive setback and military grade perimeter control berms as well as other natural boundary protection.

  3. Your data is always encrypted in-flight. The Selma web service is only available over SSL encrypted HTTPS connections and all internal database connections are SSL encrypted to ensure a high level of security and privacy.

  4. We perform periodic internal, as well as external security reviews performed by independent and reputable security consulting firms. Information about reporting security issues and responsible disclosure is available on the security response page.
