At Selma, we believe in a steady approach: not investing all at once, but defining a long-term plan and sticking to it regardless of short-term market movements.

The deposit plan aims to give a clear description of your investment potential for the coming months and years so that you can stay focused on your financial goals. 🔎 It empowers you to build your wealth consistently and efficiently.

It is calculated taking into account:

  • how much you can invest from the cash you have already saved on your own bank account

  • how much you can invest from the money you will earn in the future

Is my deposit plan created just for me?

Yes. The deposit plan is based on your current investor profile and tailored specifically for you. If you follow it, it will guide you on what to do with both your existing savings and future surplus income.

💡 If you update your investor profile, the deposit plan will dynamically adjust and the suggested values will change, ensuring alignment with your current financial situation.

What if my ability to save money changes?

No problem.

In case your financial situation changes, you can easily update your investor profile.

Once you update your investor profile, the numbers shown in the deposit plan will be adjusted as well so that they are optimised for your new financial situation.

Do I have to follow this deposit plan?

No. The deposit plan is merely a recommendation. It is a tool designed to help you determine your long-term investment potential.

With Selma, you always remain flexible in how much and how often you want to invest. 🤸‍♂️

Does the deposit plan apply to my pillar 3a account?

The deposit plan primarily focuses on your investment account, as it has no limitations on annual contributions. However, your pillar 3a should be part of your financial planning as well. If your situation supports it, your investment plan should incorporate regular investments in your pillar 3a account.

If you don’t have a Pillar 3a account with Selma yet, this is your sign to open one! 💫
