Are you starting your own business and want to withdraw funds from your pillar 3a account?
Our partner VZ needs a special form to process your pillar 3a withdrawal.
Here's how to do it:
Download this document (only available in German), fill it out, print it and sign it by hand.
Obtain a certificate of civil status (in German: amtlicher Zivilstandsnachweis) (less than 3 months old) from the civil status office and a certificate from the AVS compensation fund.
Send the documents (the form needs to be original, the other documents can be copies) to the following address:

As soon as VZ has received the documents, you will receive a confirmation from us.
