Sometimes you don’t need your client to complete an entire intake — maybe you’re following up on a few missing details or only need updates on certain fields. Sembley gives you the flexibility to share just the questions that matter using the “Only Share Flagged Questions” option.

To use this feature, start by opening any submission. As you review the questions, you’ll see a flag icon next to each one. Click the flag on any question you want to include in your limited share. Flag as many or as few as you’d like.

When you’re ready to share the intake, click the “Share” button. In the share modal, you’ll see a checkbox labeled “Only Share Flagged Questions.” If you check that box, your client will only see the questions you flagged — all others will be hidden.

This feature is especially helpful when your client already submitted most of the intake but missed a few items, or when you’re working with someone who’s short on time and just needs to fill in the gaps.

If you leave the checkbox unchecked, your client will see the full intake, including both flagged and unflagged questions.

You can toggle flags on and off at any time, and the setting in the share modal is optional — meaning you can flag questions for your own internal use without limiting what your client sees unless you choose to.
