You can reorder your forms within any submission so that they appear within Sembley and download to your desktop in the order that you prefer.
In order to reorder the ACORDs and supplements in your submission:
Navigate to the submission and click "Add Forms"
Grab any form by the handle in the far left and drag it into the position that you want
