Our Teams feature enables you to divide the members of your agency into teams and then limit their access to insureds, submissions and forms to their own team.

Teams are available to agencies on any Sembley subscription plan, however only Pro subscribers can limit access to insureds, submissions and forms.

Create Teams and Assign Members

To get started, head to your Teams Settings and click "Add Teams". From there you'll be able to set a name and description for each team, as well as the team members assigned to it.

Each member of your agency can belong to multiple teams, only one, or none at all!

Limit Access to Forms by Team

If you want to limit which forms the members of a particular team can access, click the dots to the right of any team to open the more actions menu and click "Set Forms".

This will open up a list of all ACORDs, supplements and custom intakes in Sembley so that you can add which forms the members of the team can access.

If you don't add any forms to a team's permissions, then the members of that team will be able to access all forms in our library. If a member of your agency has "Unlimited" access, they'll be able to access all forms even if their team can't.

Set Access Permissions by Team Member

When you add or edit a member of your agency in Sembley, you can decide whether that user can have unlimited access to insureds, submissions and forms or whether their access should be limited to their own teams. This is only available on our Pro plan.

To set a user's permissions, head over to your Users Settings and either click "Add Members" to add a user or the dots icon to the right of any user and then "Edit".

If you're on our Pro plan, you'll see a "Team access" section to set whether the user has unlimited or limited access.
