Adding Supplements

Policy

  • We will start working on your supplement as soon as it is received and endeavor to add supplements within 5-10 business days

  • The fields in user-provided supplements are initially mapped to any questions that already exist in our intake. This is important to ensure that fields in Sembley are well-structured and can be used to complete multiple forms simultaneously, versus siloed within each supplement. Over time, as we collect more supplements for a particular product, we expand the intake for that particular product and the list of questions mapped to any supplement in that category

  • Any field in a supplement that is not associated with an intake question can be edited directly on the supplement in Sembley and will autosave to your account

  • We can only add fillable PDFs to Sembley. If you do not have a supplement in this format, please request it from the Carrier or MGA. Please remove any responses that you have saved to the supplement before sending it to us.
