Create an account
To create your Sencillo account:
Go to the sign-up page.
Enter your details and create a password.
Submit your registration to create your account.
Verify your email
You will be asked to verify your email address when signing up.
Check your inbox for a verification email from Sencillo.
Open the email and follow the verification link.
Return to Sencillo and log in.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Log in
To log in to your account:
Go to the login page.
Enter your registered email address and password.
Select Log in.
Make sure you use the same email address you signed up with.
Reset your password
If you cannot remember your password:
Select Forgot password on the login page.
Enter your account email address.
Follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Create a new password and log in again.
Update your email address
If you need to change the email linked to your account, message support and we can help update it.
Troubleshooting
I’m not receiving verification or reset emails
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
My password is not working
Check for typing errors (including capitals).
Try resetting your password from the login page.
Make sure you are using the email address you registered with.
I still can’t log in
Try again using a different browser or device.
Clear your browser cache and retry.
