Common quick fixes

  • Refresh the page and try again

  • Close and reopen the app in your browser

  • Check your internet connection

  • Make sure your browser is up to date

  • Try using a private/incognito window

Trouble signing in

If you cannot access your account:

  • Check that your email and password are entered correctly

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces in your email address

  • Try resetting your password if sign-in keeps failing

  • If you created your account recently, wait a minute and try again

Issues adding children or education details

If you cannot save or update information:

  • Check that all required fields are completed

  • Review dates and amounts for typing mistakes

  • Save again after refreshing the page

  • If a button is not responding, reopen the page and try one more

Projected costs or financing options not showing

If your results do not appear:

  • Confirm your child and education details are saved

  • Check that key inputs (such as dates or costs) are filled in

  • Refresh and revisit the page

  • Try again from a different browser

Problems requesting a loan quote

If a quote request does not go through:

  • Review all fields and complete any missing information

  • Check for any on-screen error messages and correct the highlighted fields

  • Submit once, then wait for confirmation before trying again

  • If you are unsure whether it submitted, contact support
