Signup Requirement Errors

  1. Error: Address should include at least 1 letter and number (e.g., building number, street name.)
    Meaning: The address you provided is missing a number. Please include a number in your address, such as a street number, house number, or building number.
    Tip: If you're having trouble, you can manually enter your address by selecting the "enter it manually" option when you start typing in the address field.

  2. Error: Please enter a valid residential address. Business addresses are not accepted
    Meaning: The address you provided appears to be a business address, which is not accepted for this service. Please enter a valid residential address to proceed.

  3. Issue: I do not have a referral code. Can I still sign up?
    Answer: Yes, you can sign up without providing a referral code. Please note that for a referral code to be successfully applied:

    1. You must be signing up from an eligible country.

    2. Your referrer must have also signed up from an eligible country. (For information on eligible countries, see here)

  4. Issue: I am unable to select my date of birth
    Answer: You will not be able to select your date of birth if you are under 18 years old at the time of sign-up. SendApp requires users to be at least 18 years of age.

  5. Error: Please enter a valid phone number
    Meaning: The phone number you entered is not valid for the country you selected during sign-up. To proceed, please ensure you provide a correct phone number that matches the country you are siging up from.
