  1. Error: We're unable to complete your sign-up at this time. If you already have an account, sign-in using your existing account details.
    Meaning: This means you likely already have an account with us. Please try to sign in using your existing details instead of signing up again.

  2. Error: Sorry, this device can't complete transactions at this time.
    Meaning: Your account has been temporarily restricted from completing transactions due to unusual activity flagged by our systems. We're unable to lift this restriction immediately but will inform you of any updates.

  3. Error: Invalid login device
    Meaning: To log in successfully, you need to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) on the same device where you requested the code.

  4. Issue: OTP not received/PIN reset email not received
    Resolution: This could be as a result of any of the following:

    1. You entered an incorrect email address during sign up

    2. Your confirmation email arrived in the Spam or Junk folder. Look in these sections if you don't get the email in your inbox.
