To resolve this, please ensure the name you entered on Send App matches your official SSN documentation exactly. Here are some checks you can do:Verify correct spelling, including middle names or initials.
Check for extra spaces, punctuation errors, or formatting issues.
Ensure your SSN records reflect any legal name changes.
Use your full legal name as it appears on your SSN card, avoiding nicknames.
Ensure that your name matches the order on your SSN records: the first name you enter on Send App should be the first name on your SSN, and the same for your middle and last names.
After making the necessary updates, please try the verification process again.
Error: No ID match
Resolution: The “No ID match” error occurs when the SSN you provided does not exist. To resolve this issue, carefully review the SSN you entered. Here are some checks to help you:Verify the SSN: Ensure that the SSN is entered correctly, with all numbers in the correct order.
Format: Make sure there are no extra spaces or formatting issues.
Valid SSN: Confirm that the SSN you are using is valid and has been issued.

Error: The SSN you provided already belongs to an existing profile
Resolution: The SSN you’re trying to use is associated with a different Send App account as it has already been verified on that account. Please note that users are not allowed to verify multiple Send App accounts with one SSN. You can log in to your existing account to continue transacting.
Error: Neither address or date of birth match
Resolution: The “Neither address nor date of birth match” error occurs when either your address or date of birth does not match the records associated with your SSN. To resolve this issue, please review the information you entered:Verify Your Address: Ensure it matches your official documents, including all details like street name and unit number.
Check Date of Birth: Make sure it is entered correctly in the required format.
Update Consistency: Confirm that your address and date of birth on your official documents are current.
Note: You can manually enter your address by selecting the “enter it manually” option while typing.
