What does my transaction status mean?

Learn about the meaning of your transaction staus

We'll always provide you with real-time updates on the status of your transfer and descriptions of what they mean. You can view a transfer status by clicking on the particular transaction you want to track.

Successful
We've received your funds and then successfully delivered to your recipient. Please note that most banks will deposit the money in the account within minutes, but some may take up to 3 business days.

Failed
Your transaction could not be processed because we did not receive the funds from your financial institution.

Canceled
You canceled your transfer.

Processing
Your funds is on its way to your recipient. The status changes to "Successful" when the funds are delivered your recipient.

Requires Action
We could not confirm receipt of your funds. In cases like this, we usually require you to let us know if you have made payment.

Reported
You informed us that you made payment for your transfer by selecting the "I've paid" button. If we can confirm that you were charged for the transfer, we will process your transaction.
