Can I cancel my transfer?

If the transfer has not been processed (successful) to the recipient, you can request to cancel the transaction by reaching out to our support team via the chat messenger on your dashboard.

Please note that you cannot cancel a transfer that has been processed successfully to the recipient via the delivery method you selected.
