How to reply to an incoming message

Reply to a message from a client

On the "Dashboard" or "Incoming Messages" pages:

  • Click on the Client's name

  • Compose your message (Text, Email, Voice)

  • If you'd like to send it later, Schedule it to send later

  • Click the “Send Message” button

On the "Clients" page:

  • Search for the client you'd like to reply to

  • Click on the Client's name

  • Compose your message (Text, Email, Voice)

  • If you'd like to send it later, Schedule it to send later

  • Click the “Send Message” button
