How to use eBoost credits

This is how you send an e-gift card to a client

  1. Only one e-gift card can be sent a time.

  2. Go to the client's page by clicking on the client's name or searching for the client on the Client's tab (lefthand sidebar).

  3. Click the button on the upper right-hand corner “Send eBoost.”

  4. The vendor and the amount that is highlighted is the amount that is set as a default.

  5. To change vendor/amount, click on the vendor box you want to use and then select the appropriate amount for the eBoost.

  6. If it is correct, click “Confirm and send eBoost.” Note that e-gift cards are not refundable once you click this button.

  7. **All eBoosts are sent via text and email message except Visa. Visa e-gift cards are sent via EMAIL ONLY. You must have an email address for the recipient in order to redeem the Visa card.
