Click "Templates" tab on the left sidebar
Find the template you'd like to change and Click the "Actions" button (righthand side) to change sharing status (Private <-> Shared)
** No one but you can edit your templates, regardless of their sharing status. AND your templates will only be shared with your teammates (not public).
