Share or Unshare a Template

How to change the sharing status of your message template

  1. Click "Message Templates" on the left sidebar

  2. Click the lock icon to change sharing status (Private <-> Shared)

  3. Unlocked = Shared, Locked = Private

  4. No one but you can edit your templates, regardless of their sharing status. AND your templates will only be shared with your teammates (not public).
