The short answer is no. SendCarrot is built for 2-way text/email communication and 1-way voice communication.
You must send a text or email to a client in order for them to send a text or email to you in SendCarrot.
Voice messaging is 1-way by design, so clients can't send you voice message replies.
If you archive/delete a client, you will no longer receive messages from that client.
