How can I tell if a message was delivered?

How to tell if a message has been delivered to a client

  1. Click "Messages", "Sent messages" from the left sidebar

  2. The percentages next to the mail (email) or phone (sms) indicate whether the message was delivered to the recipient.

  3. To see more details, click on the content of an individual message to view the message.

  4. In the "Recipients" table, the column marked “Text” it will note if a message was Sent (delivered), Undelivered, Errored or Queued.

    NOTE: We can not get read receipts for SMS/MMS messages
