Click “Message Sequences” from the left sidebar.
Click on the blue box in the upper right-hand corner called “Add a New Sequence”
Set the "Initial Message" content, ensuring that it requires a specific response (e.g. YES or NO)
Click "Add Reply".
Set the "Expected Reply", e.g. YES
Set the messages (text and/or email) you would like to auto-reply for YES
Click "Add Reply" again.
Set the "Expected Reply", e.g. NO
Set the messages (text and/or email) you would like to auto-reply for NO
Click "Save" to save the sequence
NOTE: You can use any type of expected reply (e.g. 1 or 2, YES or NO, Y or N) and you can automatically reply with one message per expected reply.
