Sending your first message

It's important that introduce yourself and ensure they have opted in to messaging

  1. You should introduce yourself (name, organization) to your clients and tell them why you are sending them a message.

  2. Let them know that you will be communicating with them in the future using this number or email and ask them to save your contact information so they can contact you.

  3. It's important to note that clients can opt-out at ANY TIME by by unsubscribing or replying STOP/END and you will no longer be able to message them on our platform.
