When you create a new Workspace, you have complete control over access. By default, it will be private, but you can choose to share it with specific individuals, or Groups, or make it accessible to everyone. You can also choose the level of access by choosing between three roles described in the sections below.
Only Workspaces that have been shared with you will appear on your Homepage.
Viewing access and permissions
To see who has access to a Workspace, hover over the circles in the bottom right-hand corner of the Workspace tile, as shown below:
Sharing a Workspace
To share a workspace:
Hover over the Workspace you want to share.
Click on the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner.
Select "Share / Manage Access."
Choose an individual or a Group and specify the level of access you want to grant them. The options are: Guest, Member and Manager (see details below).
Roles + permissions
When you create a new Workspace, you are automatically assigned the role of Workspace Manager. When sharing the Workspace with others, you can assign them one of three roles: Guest, Member, or Manager. The permissions for each role are outlined below.
