Editing Building Details

  • Navigate Building Management: Start by navigating to the building management page. You can do this by clicking on the "Management" name or icon and clicking "Building Management" from your dashboard.

  • Adjust Building Information:

  1. Building Name: You have the option to change the name of the building. This can be helpful for clarity or if the building's name has changed.

  2. Working Hours and Days: Specify the building's working hours and working days. This information is essential for data analysis, especially when comparing conditions during working and non-working hours. Anomalies during non-working hours can be highlighted.

  3. Standards: By default, all buildings in the Sensgreen Smart Building Platform follow WHO (World Health Organization) standards. However, you can add or select different standards that are relevant to your building. Standards help customize the visual representation of data on your platform. They affect how data is displayed, such as the colors used for graphic visualizations. This customization ensures that you view data in a way that aligns with specific compliance or local requirements. Furthermore, Standards provide a basis for benchmarking your building's performance. You can compare your building's data against established standards, enabling you to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and strive for higher efficiency.

  • Save Changes: After making the desired adjustments, review the changes, and click the "Save" button to update your building's details.

Editing building details allows you to tailor the Sensgreen Smart Building Platform to your specific needs and ensure that your data is presented in a way that aligns with your building's standards and objectives.

Exporting Building Data

You can easily export building data from the Sensgreen Smart Building Platform for your analysis or reporting needs. Follow these steps to export the data:

  • Navigate to Building Overview: Start by accessing the building you want to export data from. You can do this by clicking on the building name or icon from your dashboard.

  • Locate the "Export Data" Button: On the building overview page, you'll find an "Export Data" button conveniently located, usually next to the average data component.

  • Specify Parameters: Click the "Export Data" button, and a dialog will appear. Here, you can specify which parameters you want to include in your data export. Select the parameters that are relevant to your analysis or reporting.

  • Choose Time Range:

  1. Pre-configured Time Ranges: You can quickly export data for common time ranges, such as "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days," or "Last 30 Days." Simply click on your preferred option.

  2. Custom Time Range: If you need data for a specific period, select the "Custom" option. This allows you to choose a start and end date to define your desired time frame.

  3. Initiate Export: After specifying your parameters and time range, click the "Export" button. The data will be prepared for download.

  • Download Data: Once the data is ready, it will be downloaded in CSV or XLSX(Excel) formats. You can access this file from your browser's download location.

  • Analyze Your Data: In the exported file, you'll find all the measured data for the specified parameters across all rooms in the selected building. You can use this data for in-depth analysis, reporting, or integration with other tools.

Exporting building data empowers you to harness the valuable insights generated by the Sensgreen Smart Building Platform, making it easier to analyze trends, monitor performance, and meet your specific reporting requirements.

Building Data Analysis

The Sensgreen Smart Building Platform provides a suite of powerful tools designed to empower users with data-driven insights into their building's performance. These tools not only help in tracking the building's operation but also enable a deeper understanding of how to optimize it effectively. Let's delve into how each component and subcomponent can benefit you:

Comparison Component

  • Indoor vs. Outdoor: By comparing indoor conditions with outdoor weather data, you gain valuable context for your building's environment. This feature can reveal correlations between internal settings and external factors, allowing you to adjust operations accordingly.

  • Top 5 Rooms: Identifying the highest and lowest-performing rooms is crucial. It streamlines pinpointing areas that may require immediate attention or optimization, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.

  • Trends: Daily, weekly, and monthly trends provide historical context for your building's performance. Understanding how parameters change over time aids in forecasting and anomaly detection. For instance, if today's temperature deviates significantly from last week's average, you'll know it's time to investigate.

Average Data Component

  • Parameter Selection: This feature enables you to focus on the specific aspects of your building that matter most to you. Whether it's temperature, humidity, or other metrics, you have the flexibility to tailor your analysis.

  • Time Ranges: Quick access to pre-configured time ranges like the last 24 hours or last 30 days provides immediate insights. When you need to dive deeper, the custom option lets you pinpoint specific time periods for in-depth scrutiny.

  • Color-Coding: The color-coded data visualization simplifies the identification of performance deviations from your chosen standards. It's like having traffic lights for your building data, instantly highlighting areas of concern.

  • Highest and Lowest Averages: Identifying the rooms with the highest and lowest averages is invaluable. It allows you to concentrate your efforts where they matter most, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

Building Analytics Component

  • Statistical Functions: This component empowers you with statistical functions, including average, minimum, and maximum calculations. It's ideal for tracking performance trends over hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly periods. By crunching the numbers, you gain actionable insights into your building's operation.

  • Boolean Parameters: For boolean parameters like occupancy, HVAC and light unit status, and door/window openings, detailed analyses are possible. You can determine occupancy percentages during specific times or count instances of equipment running or window openings. These insights help fine-tune operations and reduce energy waste.

  • Color-Coding: Just like in the Average Data Component, the color-coded visual representation streamlines the identification of deviations, ensuring that your building operates within predefined standards.

  • Average Insights: On the right side, you'll find the average value of the specified function when applied over the selected time range. This average is also displayed as a horizontal line on the graph for easy comparison.

In summary, the Sensgreen Smart Building Platform's Building Data Analysis tools aren't just about tracking; they're about understanding. They empower you to make informed decisions for optimal building performance. By providing context, tailored insights, and precision analysis, these components and subcomponents become your trusted allies in managing your facility efficiently and effectively.

Download Graph Visuals

The Platform offers a powerful feature that allows you to download graph visuals for further analysis, sharing, or reporting purposes. Whether you need to save a snapshot of your data or zoom in for more detailed insights, this feature is readily accessible. Here's how you can download graph visuals:

  • Locate the Download Button: At the right top side of both the Average Data and Building Analytics components, you'll notice a button represented by three horizontal lines (commonly known as the hamburger icon). Click on this button to reveal a drop-down menu with several options.

  • Choose Download Graph: From the drop-down menu, select the "Download Graph" option. This action opens up additional choices for downloading the graph visuals. You have the flexibility to choose from multiple download formats to suit your needs(PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG). The system will generate a file with the graph visual in the chosen format.

To examine data more closely, you can utilize the zoom-in and zoom-out features available on the graph components. Simply use your mouse or device controls to adjust the zoom level as needed.

Downloading graph visuals in various formats empowers you to leverage your data in diverse ways. Whether you require images for presentations, reports, or deeper analysis, this feature streamlines the process. Additionally, the ability to zoom in and out on graphs enables you to explore data with precision. Utilize this feature to enhance your data-driven decision-making and to share insights effectively with stakeholders.
