Access to settings

The Sensia Settings helps you adjust the details of your account, manage your preferences but also manage User and team.

In the Settings menu, if you are administrator you will find 4 tabs, each with different options, otherwise you will only find the first one.

To access Settings:

  1. From the top bar, click on your profile photo

  2. Select Profile & Preferences from the drop-down menu


Profile & Preferences

From the Profile & Preferences tab, you can:

Edit your profile

  1. Change your profile photo

We accept JPEG, SVG and PNG file.

While it's preferable for the image to be square and at least 128x128px, it's not mandatory. In case you don't upload a photo, we'll use your initials as a placeholder.

  1. Change your profile First name and last name

  2. Set your language

  3. Adjust how Date and Number Format are displayed

  4. Change your phone number

ℹ️ Remember to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page after you have made the changes.

Delete Your account

You can delete your account here. But we will be sad to see you go. 😔


Default Account Settings

The default account settings is a shared space for billing across multiple users within your organisation. From the Default Account Settings tab, you can:

  1. Change your Account Name

The account name is set by default to the name of the company you entered, but you can change it. It serves to identify your account, both for yourself and your collaborators.

  1. Select your Time zone

  2. Edit Company Information

ℹ️ Remember to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page after you have made the changes.
