I'm using a Self-Hosted Sentry instance and need support.

Issue

We are using a self-hosted instance of Sentry and are running into some issues. Would it be possible for Sentry Support to take a look?

Resolution

Sentry Support does not have a way to safely access self-hosted instances, because of this we're only able to provide support for users on our hosted SaaS platform.
