Issue
I have a US Sentry organisation, I'd like to transfer a project to a Sentry organisation in the EU region (or vice versa).

SaaS Sentry
Customers with accounts in both EU and US regions.
Symptoms
I attempted to approve a Transfer Project Request but my desired recipient organisation does not appear in the drop-down list
Resolution
Transferring projects between organisations in different data storage locations is not supported. However, we do support transferring projects between organisations within the same data storage location. Click here for more info Project Transfers.
