I have an existing Sentry organisation in the US region with a paid plan, I'd like to open a new Sentry organisation in the EU region but I don't want to hold two subscription temporarily.

Resolution
We can provide some assistance for individuals looking to migrate their subscription from a US region org to an EU region org.
*Please note we can only assist in credit transfers for annual subscriptions.
Organisations with monthly subscriptions will not receive a credit and their migrating will happen at the end of their billing cycle.
Please complete the following steps:
Create an EU organization and enter your billing details from the subscription overview page.
This can be done from sentry.io/signup
if you're already signed into the app you can click your organization name to open a drop-down in the upper right-hand corner of the app, select "Switch Organization" then "Create New Organization"
Initiate the transfer process by opening a ticket with us here with the subject “Billing Transfer to EU Org”.
This request must be sent from a user who’s an owner and/or a billing member in your org
This request must include your US organisation's slug.
This request must include your EU organisation's slug.
Please note: no data, or projects will be transfered.
