I need to edit/correct a previous invoice.

Issue

One of our past invoices has the wrong information. Can you edit/correct this for us with the new information?

Applies To

  • Organizations on any paid plan

Resolution

Our system does not allow us to update old invoices.
The system takes the information from the Billing Information page when the invoice is created.

Once the changes are made, future invoices will reflect the updated billing details.
