Sentz currently supports two Stablecoins: USDT and USDC. You can choose to withdraw your funds from eUSD (which is the native Stablecoin of Sentz) to an external wallet address that matches the network from which you're withdrawing.
Currently, we support the following networks:
1. USDT = TRON, Polygon, and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
2. USDC = Polygon only.
To withdraw USDT/USDC from your Sentz wallet, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your Sentz homepage and click on "Withdraw."
Step 2: Select "As Other Stablecoins"
Step 3: A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen asking you to select the stablecoin you want to send to continue. Please select the correct Stablecoin.
Step 4: Tap on “Choose a wallet address,” then tap on “Add new wallet” to add the receiving platform's wallet address.
Step 5: Choose your preferred network, enter the wallet address, and tap on “Save & Continue.”
Note: Please make sure you select the correct network that matches the network of the platform you’re withdrawing funds to. If you select the wrong network, your funds will be lost on-chain and cannot be recovered. ⚠️
Step 6: Verify you are withdrawing on the appropriate network, then enter your desired withdrawal amount and tap “Continue.”
Step 7: Enter your PIN to complete the withdrawal.
You've now completed your withdrawal request! After confirming the request, please wait patiently for the transfer to be processed and confirmed on the blockchain. The withdrawal should appear in your external wallet within a few minutes.
If you need further assistance with withdrawing your funds on the app, please don't hesitate to contact our Support team. We'll be happy to help!
