How to Receive Payments on Sentz When Pay with Web Is Unavailable

You can still receive funds from clients abroad on Sentz since Pay with Web/card is temporarily unavailable to your clients.

Written by Sentz

If Paybis is unavailable for your client to complete a Payment Request or Invoice via web, here are alternative channels you can use to receive funds from clients, employers, friends, or loved ones overseas.

Alternative #1

— US Bank Transfers on Sentz

With the US Bank Transfer feature, Nigerian users can now access personal payment details—specifically, a Routing Number and an Account Number— that will allow them to receive USD from their US-based clients, which will be settled as eUSD in their wallet.

→ To your US client: It looks exactly like a regular US bank deposit account.

→ To you: It is the fastest bridge to get paid in USD and have it land in your Sentz wallet as stablecoins (eUSD).

Alternative #2

— Crypto Deposits (USDT, USDC)

Your clients can send you funds directly to your crypto wallets from their external wallets.

To find your wallet address:

  1. Tap on Deposit

  2. Scroll down to "Using Crypto"

  3. You'll see a list of supported currencies and their respective networks

  4. Copy the relevant address and share it with your client.

Important: Always specify which network to use. For example, if you provide your USDC address on the Polygon network, the sender must send USDC over the same network — otherwise, funds may be lost.

Alternative #3

— Payment via Sentz

Your clients can still fulfill your invoice via the Sentz app. All they need to do is select the "Pay with Sentz" option on your invoice or payment request.
They'll then be guided to download the app, create an account, and fund their wallet using their local currency.
Once their wallet is funded, they can easily fulfill your invoice or send the funds directly to you using your Sentz username.
