Funding Your Account with Supported Payment Methods

Learn how to fund your Sentz wallet with any of your preferred payment options.

We offer several different payment methods to help you fund your wallet depending on where you are located and the currency you are funding with. Here's how you can get started:

  1. On the Home Screen, select "With Card or Bank Account" in the "Add Funds" menu

  2. Enter the amount that you want to add to your balance and tap "Continue"

  3. Review the total amount that you'll be charged in the Paybis screen.

  4. If you have not yet added a payment method or completed identity verification, you'll be asked to do both during this step.

Changing your funding currency:

  1. Payment methods are based on the funding currency that you're using. To change the funding currency, select "USD" in the "You Spend" row on the "Buy Crypto" page.

  2. You will be taken to the "Choose payment method" screen. From here, select "USD" in the select currency dropdown.

  3. This will display a list of supported currencies. Select the currency that you are funding with.

  4. Once you select the currency, you will be taken back to the "Choose payment method" page. For example, if Mexican peso is selected, you'll see the following payment methods: credit/debit card, SPEI, and Astropay.

  5. Once you choose your payment method, you'll need to enter payment method details. You'll also be asked to verify your identity.

  6. Once you enter payment method details, review the total amount charged in the "Buy Crypto" page.

  7. Confirm your order. Funds typically arrive within a few seconds.
