1. Eligibility: The Invoice Incentives – Win eUSD Contest or (or “Contest”) is open to entrants 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion to qualify. Further, entrants must be residents of Nigeria who are using our invoicing function for cross-border payments. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of MobileCoin Inc., dba Sentz Global (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Contest, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law.
2. Sponsorship: The Sponsor is located in Sacramento, CA, and will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest the Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant is eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. Entrant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding, as it relates to the content of this Invoice Incentives – Win eUSD Contest.
4. Entry Period: This promotion begins on August 13, 2024 at 9am WAT and ends on August 20, 2024 at 11:59pm WAT. To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
5. How to Enter: Entrants must send their cross-border clients an invoice valuing $10 eUSD or more, via the Sentz app, and the client must pay that invoice via the Sentz app. Payment of that invoice must occur between August 13, 2024 and September 6, 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, invoices sent prior to this timeframe and paid within this timeframe are also eligible.
6. Prizes:
Grand Prize: Two Hundred Fifty (250) grand prizes will be awarded, consisting of $2 eUSD each (the “Grand Prize,” or “prize”). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $500 eUSD.
There will be no more than Two Hundred Fifty (250) Grand Prize winners (the “Winners”). Winners shall receive no more than $2 eUSD for each paid invoice, and for no more than a total of three (3) invoices, for a total prize maximum of $6 eUSD. The actual/appraised amount is $2 eUSD for the Grand Prize, although it may differ at the time a prize is awarded. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winners, upon acceptance of the prize, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including, without limitation, any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winners shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor shall the Winners request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting a prize, the selected Winners grant permission for the Sponsor to use the Winners’ likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winners must have a valid Sentz wallet and must be able to submit to KYC/AML verification of the same to receive the prizes. OFAC and other control policies apply.
7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
8. Selection and Notification of Winners: The Winners will be selected by the Sponsor on a first come first serve basis, until the total maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is reached. The Sponsor will send the Prizes to the Winners via the Sentz app on or about September 11, 2024, subject to the verification and control policies set forth above. Participants found using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win a prize. Sponsor will not be liable for the Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact or shipping information. If a Winner is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and alternate Winners may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winners is conditioned on Winner’s compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF A WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Invoice Incentives – Win eUSD Contest, should a non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Invoice Incentives – Win eUSD Contest. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winners based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Entrants who tamper with, or attempt to tamper with, the operation or entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability: Entrant’s entry into this Contest constitutes Entrant’s agreement to release, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against, and from, any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winners accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the promotion administration or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. By participating, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
