Kit : I've changed my mind after approving something—what do I do?

No worries! You can still edit or undo most changes. Here’s how:

If it's a website change:

  • Go to the Onsite Optimiser to edit or remove it yourself.

If it's something from the Approval Centre:

  • Blog Posts:

    • You can request a revision in the Approval Centre before approval.

    • After it’s approved, you can also edit the PDF we send you.

  • Website Copy:

    • You can revise it in the Approval Centre before approval.

    • If it’s already approved, you can undo it using the Onsite Optimiser.

  • Google Posts:

    • Go to Local > Posts, click the three dots next to the post, and select Delete.

  • Reviews:

    • Go to Local > Reviews, then click Update or Delete next to the response.

  • FAQs:

    • Go to Local > Listing Manager > Questions and Answers.

    • To edit, you’ll need to delete the original first.
