If the “Can’t find your XML sitemap” action isn’t ticking off, even after updating the sitemap location, don’t worry—it can happen for a couple of reasons:
Large sitemap size
If your sitemap has a lot of URLs, our crawler might struggle to fully process it, which can prevent the action from being marked as complete.
Firewall or access restrictions
If your site has a firewall or security settings that block our crawler, we won’t be able to access the sitemap to verify it.
