This message usually means the Onsite Optimizer snippet isn’t found on the page. The snippet needs to be installed inside the <head> section of every page on your website.
If the page is brand new (either just added to your site or to Hike), it might not have been picked up in the last crawl yet. You can try fixing this by doing a manual recrawl:
Go to your Actions
Click the settings cog
Select “Recrawl”
