Head to ‘Settings’ and then go to ‘Audit Tool’
Under ‘Registration Form Settings,’ go to ‘Require Phone’
Set this from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’.
Select ‘Update Registration Settings’
And now your audit tool will require a phone number when your leads request an audit.
