How the Business Profile is generated
Your profile is created from the information you provide in Kit and other data you add or connect. You can refine it at any time.
How to view and edit your AI Business Profile
Open Kit → AI Business Profile.
Review the sections shown.
Click Edit to update any field and Save when finished.
How to give feedback on the AI Business Profile
Go to Kit → AI Business Profile.
Use the Give feedback option beside any section.
Tell us what’s wrong or what to improve (for example: tone, accuracy, or missing details) and submit.
Why don’t I see an AI Business Profile?
You may not have completed the initial setup yet. Open Kit and follow the setup prompts.
Your workspace permissions may limit access. Check with an admin if needed.
I got an error when giving feedback
Check you’re online and try again.
If the issue persists, refresh your browser and resubmit.
