Should I use the same blog title as suggested by the platform?
Should I use the same blog title as suggested by the platform?

You can choose to write blog titles based EXACTLY off the platform's content suggestions... or not

Updated over a year ago

When you use the platform's content blog title generator, you'll spot that we grab title ideas from a few different sources.

When you decide to create a blog on your website you can choose to copy the title as the platform suggested, or you can create a new one.

The choice is yours, but here's a few tips that may help you make your mind up:

   1. The suggestions brought back within the blog ideas filter are long-tail keywords that are actually being searched within Google.

In this case, you may be better off to use the title as suggested by the platform, as people are actively searching this question.

   2. The suggestions within the competitors filter are from keywords that your competitors are ranking for.

In these instances you could copy these titles word-for-word. But if you do so, make sure your content is going to be better than theirs! You will outrank your opponent only if Google see's your content as providing better value for the reader.

   3. The suggestions within YouTube and Twitter are to help you spot what's current; what people are talking about right now.

In these instances there is no guarantee that people are searching for these questions/topics within Google. There's a good chance they will be, but you cannot use this data alone to determine this.
