Why is my GA & GSC data not showing in the platform?

Check these few things first..

If your traffic data isn't showing on the platform please try the following:

  1. Disconnect & reconnect your Google account within the platform
    - Head to the website settings

    - Scroll down to 'connected accounts'

    - Disconnect the account

    - Reconnect the correct Google account back into the platform

  2. Check you've connected the correct account

    - Head to reporting - traffic

    - Press 'View in Search Console' if your Google Search Console (GSC) data isn't showing.

    - If your Google Analytics isn't showing, check whether you've connected the correct account with the correct email address.

    Think: Does the property in Analytics match with the website you added into the platform?

  3. Is your Google account showing data?

    - Head to reporting, then to traffic

    - Press 'View in Search Console' if your GSC data isn't showing.

    - If your Google Analytics isn't showing, check if you can see any data when viewing the back end of your Google account.

    - If not, your Google tags haven't been set up correctly. Please reach out to your web developer to help you set these up.

    If you've tried all of the above and still having issues, please reach out for support!
