What reports can I use?

It's important to be able to show your SEO activities are working! We can help you with your reporting..

Use the platform to report your SEO activities & performance. This article will cover the key reporting areas, but more features are available in the platform if required.

TIP - If you want to tie all of the below information into a really nice report, try our report builder section!

To do this, head to 'reporting' in the navigation bar, then click on 'report builder'.

Download a completed action report

  1. Head to the 'Actions' section & click on 'View Completed'

  2. You will see the option to download the monthly completed action report as a PDF or CSV.


Download a keyword ranking report

  1. Head to the 'Reporting' section of the platform, then click into 'Keywords'

  2. Click onto the settings cog icon & you can export the keyword ranking report as either a CSV or PDF.

Download a backlink report

  1. Head to the 'Backlinks' section, then click into 'Your Backlinks'

  2. Click on 'Export' to download a CSV file that shows what backlinks you have built for a website to help improve domain authority!

Download a local keyword ranking report

  1. If you have local activated on the account, head to the 'Local' section, then click onto 'Rankings'

  2. Click on 'Export' to show exactly where your business is performing within the Google Map results.

Report on organic traffic performance

  1. Head to the 'Reporting' section, then click into 'Traffic'. Here you will be able to see Google Analytics & Google Search Console data.

  2. To show SEO performance, we would recommend comparing month-on-month & year-on-year data. Year-on-year data is particularly significant as this is when you'll really start to see how your SEO work has impacted traffic.
