You can hide actions in your account by going into the action and selecting 'Hide Action.'
You can choose to hide just this action or all actions of this type.
There are a couple of different reasons you may want to hide an action, for example:
1. This action has been completed correctly, but your site hasn't been crawled since the changes were made, so the action is still showing
2. You can't add all of the keywords into an action naturally. For example, if you're asked to add a few keywords to a meta description, it could be difficult to fit them all into the 150-recommended character limit. In this case, it could be beneficial to hide the action!
If you choose to hide an action, this will be replaced by another action with similar relevance and a similar amount of time this would take to complete.
Hiding an action will not affect the progress bar at the top of your action page.
How to see your hidden actions and unhide an action?
To find your hidden actions, you simply need to click on the ‘hidden actions’ icon on the top right of your screen. The icon is an eye with a cross through it.
Once there, you’ll be able to unhide any action.
