How many Content Topic Credits do you get?

You’re limited to 10 topic ideas each month.

There is no set ‘refresh date’. Instead, you’re limited to 10 topic ideas within the last ‘month’. Therefore, the number of days within each of these months may vary depending on amount of days in the month and leap years.
