If you’re finding that the Content Wizard is showing for some of your pages, but not others, there are a couple of reasons this could be:
You haven’t assigned keywords to these pages.
In order for the Content Wizard to create metadata, you’ll need to make sure that you have chosen and assigned keywords to the page in the Keyword Sitemap section already. The Content Wizard needs a strategy to follow.
You're not viewing actions by page.
Within the Actions section of the platform, you can view actions by page, type and priority. You’ll only be given the option to use the Content Wizard when viewing the actions by page.
If you're viewing your actions by type or priority, you won't be given the option to use the Content Wizard.
Tip: How to find out which pages you can currently use the Content Wizard on:
You can also use the Content Wizard by heading to the 'Actions' section of the platform. Click on settings (the cog icon), then click on 'View Pages Found'.
If the Content Wizard is yellow, it means you can use it for this page since you have keywords assigned in the sitemap. If the Content Wizard is white, you'll need to go to the Keyword Sitemap and assign some actions first.
